Part 1 of ‘My Off Switch’ is delivered in person over the course of the weekend. You’ll learn how to make mindfulness an essential part of your daily routine without needing to meditate for hours or run off to join a monastery!
Part 2 is delivered to the group one evening a week for the following 7 weeks (Wednesdays 7.30pm – 8.30pm) virtual sessions using Zoom, so you can connect from wherever you are! And if you miss a session each recording is available for 2 weeks.

An individualised plan to focus on what’s important to you personally and professionally, with the help of an experienced coach and mindfulness trainer by Kerene Strochnetter (Managing Director Mindful at Work Ltd.)
A selection of mindfulness activities (including daily yoga, guided relaxations and walks) where you can choose to move your body and make the most of the beautiful scenery.
A personalised Yoga sequence developed by registered yoga teacher Shirley McLeod from Yoga With Me
A series of specially designed yoga videos (based on the Yoga Deck) to continue your practice after the weekend
A Yoga With Me Yoga Deck – a set of 41 instructional yoga pose cards and 16 sample yoga sequences, so even if you’ve never done yoga before you’ll have some easy to follow visual prompts to take home to continue with your practice.
PLUS you’ll receive the Mindful at Work Workbook (hard copy) and the Mindful at Work App housing guided meditations and coursework reminders so everything is at your fingertips.
